Founder & Integrator

Dale has been in the fiberglass composite industry for 30 years and has taught seminars at the WWA Maintenance School, IAAPA,  as well as AIMS International. Dale has also worked with Bayer Material Science as a field application specialist and has proudly earned these certifications:

  • 4-year apprenticeship leading to a Journeyman Carpenters card.
  • Certification in the West System Epoxy technology.
  • Certified in field gelcoat matching by MiniCraft.
  • Certified Composite Technician by the American Composite Manufacturers Association (ACMA).
  • AMPP Level 1 inspector.
  • Licensed as a Coatings contractor with the State of California.
  • Certified ACMA Instructor

In his free time, Dale spends time with his wife of 32 years and their 12 children and 2 grandchildren.

Tony Perry

Co-Founder

Tony left his mark on the steel industry by working as a railroad inspector and manufacturing manager from a young age. Realizing his passion for Sales and Marketing, Tony entered the Retail and Service industry, building and selling 3 successful businesses including a retail store, a logistics company, and a commercial service company. Joining the Safe Slide team in 2011, Tony is an integral part of Safe Slide’s growth, and his expertise in the field of composites and coatings inspires confidence in our team and our partners.

  • 14 years in the specialty coatings industry.
  • 9 years in the fiberglass industry.
  • 7 years in locomotive/steel manufacturing.
  • Certified in Steel NDT (Non-Destructive Testing).

Along with providing confidence for the aquatics industry, Tony loves spending time with his wife and four daughters.

Brian Davis

Director of Operations

Brian joined the Safe Slide Team in 2017 and has used his extensive quality and engineering background to propel Safe Slide Restoration to the next level in Quality Assurance and Time Management skills. Brian has over 20 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, and Management and has worked for Fortune 500 companies for more than 15 years.

  • 3 Total Quality Management Awards.
  • ISO Certified Internal Auditor.
  • AMPP Level 1 Coatings Inspector. 
  • Six Sigma Green Belt.

Outside of his professional life, Brian enjoys spending quality time with his eight children, their spouses, and his grandchildren. He has been a little league baseball coach for 11 years and takes great pleasure in watching his children play baseball and softball. In addition, he is a Pastor of a small church, where he actively contributes to his community.

Joshua Lones

Senior Director of Customer Service

Josh’s expertise in fiberglass restoration has been an invaluable service to the aquatics industry and has brought opportunities for him to educate municipal groups and waterpark leaders at events such as Indiana Parks & Rec, WWA, among others.

  • 10 years of experience in the fiberglass industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
  • OSHA 10 Certified.
  • UTT certified level 2 inspector 
  • AIMS certification

He is an avid sports fan and loves spending time with his wife, 3 beautiful daughters and his son. They love to go boating, participate in sports, and spend time traveling with family.

Seth Golding

director of Finance

Seth built his career by gaining experience across nonprofit organizations, retail operations, and private firms—developing a passion for financial strategy, operational excellence, and leadership development along the way. With over 15 years of experience, he brings a sharp focus on finance, HR, and team building to every organization he serves.

Seth joined the Safe Slide team as Director of Finance, where his cross-industry background and people-first leadership approach help guide the company’s continued growth.

  • MBA from Liberty University

Seth enjoys hiking, riding (and building) motorcycles, golfing, and traveling with his wife and their kids.

Barry Harting

regional Customer Representative

Barry joined the Safe Slide team in 2023, bringing 11 years of experience in sales and operations management in the tech industry. He leads our installation teams for new projects and Life Floor.

In addition, Barry enjoys spending time with his family, working out, traveling to new places and exploring the outdoors. 

Joseph Atherton

Regional Customer Representative

Joe has been with Safe Slide for nearly 7 years now, beginning in early 2018. He serves as a Regional Customer Service representative. His background is in business, as he successfully managed and led two separate companies over the course of 9 years. Having multiple years of experience in the field, Joe’s expertise includes not only fiberglass but steel as well.

He is a husband and father to three beautiful little girls, who mean the world to him. During his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and the occasional game of ultimate frisbee.

Garret Watts

Project Estimator

Garret started working in the residential electrical industry for four years and began working at Safe Slide while studying in college, then graduated in 2021 with an Associates Degree in Communications and continued his career with Safe Slide.

In addition to Garret’s capabilities within our Sales Department, he enjoys working out, being adventurous (traveling, hiking), leading worship as a singer, keyboard and drum player, and writing.

Dalton King

Estimator

As the estimator, Dalton’s primary role is administration based, in which he drafts relevant documents that allow for a timely and professional turnaround within the Sales department to help your experience with our team.

  • 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies
  • All conference football player and team captain at central Methodist university
  • NDT Visual and Ultrasonic Testing Certified
  • AIMS Associate Ride Inspector
  • OSHA 10
  • Certified Personal Trainer

On top of his administrative capabilities, Dalton loves to play and watch sports, as well as train in the gym, travel, and spend time with close friends and family

Connor Mcgrath

Marketing Director

When it comes to Marketing, Connor loves thinking outside of the box to come up with unique messages, platforms, and rewards for Safe Slide’s partnerships. His strategies and processes help us connect to you quickly and efficiently so that when your park has needs, you can easily reach out to Safe Slide.

  • 4 years of marketing experience
  • 2 years of journalism experience

In addition to Connor’s capabilities within our Marketing Department, he enjoys spending time with his wife, watching hockey, camping, fishing, and volunteering with the tech team at his church. 

Preston Watts

Administrative Director

Ever since Preston was a kid, he worked on computers, and he still does today… And a lot more! Preston manages the office tasks, making sure the templates and processes stay up to date and better than ever. He also provides IT support for Safe Slide, providing security and management in that field as well. From your first email to the details of your project, he assists to make sure your experience is as efficient as possible.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), with a major in Computer Information Systems
  • Certification in Signature Leadership Courses
  • 8 years of computer repair and IT experience
  • 7 years of office experience

Preston is the oldest of 6 siblings, and also enjoys singing and playing guitar as a worship leader.

Steven Cooper

Field Operations Manager

Steven has been with our company for 9 years, and has over 12 years experience in our field. Before joining Safe Slide, Steven completed an apprenticeship as a mechanic.

Some of his accomplishments include being certified in:

During the off season, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, his church, rolling Jujitsu at his local gym, working on the farm, and hunting.

Martin Padilla

Field Operations Manager

Martin has been with our company for 9 years, and has worked hard to earn his position as Field Operations Manager of our crews. With the following certifications, Martin will continue to grow and be an asset to Safe Slide:

Becky Harting

Facilities Planning Manager

Becky joined the Safe Slide team in 2022, previously in Management and Project Accounting. Her main responsibilities include project scheduling, material orders, and warehouse operations.

In addition, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, camping, traveling, SXS riding, and gaming (both video and board games)

Cody Smith

Operations Coordinator

As the Operations Coordinator, Cody’s primary role is assisting the Operations Manager and keeping the Warehouse inventoried and organized. He ensures that our production team has the proper tools and supplies necessary to complete each job efficiently and safely.

  • Highschool Graduate with some college experience.

  • All conference member for local golf and football leagues.

  • A+ tutor for Preschooling and special needs children.

Cody enjoys watching and playing sports, spending time with close friends and family, along with traveling out west and visiting the Rocky Mountains.

Clayton Conway

Project Manager

Clayton has been a core part of the Safe Slide team for eight years, growing his expertise in fiberglass restoration, repairs, and coatings. As a Project Manager, he brings consistency, reliability, and leadership to every job site—making sure projects run smoothly and safely from start to finish.

With a strong foundation in hands-on fieldwork and a deep respect for his team, Clayton embodies the Safe Slide core value of Works with Dignity and Respect. His broad range of certifications and years of field experience make him a trusted leader in the aquatics restoration space.

Project Manager

Since Andrew joined Safe Slide, he’s learned a great deal in the industry, including management skills and processes that guarantee safety and consistency on our projects.

Jimmy Condley

Project Manager

Jimmy began his career at Safe Slide Restoration, gaining hands-on expertise in fiberglass restoration, repairs, and coatings. Over the past four years, he’s grown into a leadership role as Project Manager—overseeing crews, coordinating job sites, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality on every project.

His drive to grow and improve, both personally and professionally, reflects Safe Slide’s core values of Always Improving and Commitment to Healthy Growth. Jimmy holds multiple industry certifications, and his dedication to excellence is seen in every slide restoration he leads.
